Information & Terms

  • Check-in

    Check-in is possible from 15.00. (Room in annex check-in from 16:00)

  • Check out

    No later than 11 am (no later than 12 noon for rooms in the annex).

  • Reception desk

    During July-August, we have the reception staffed Monday-Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. For check-in after reception time, we have self-check-in. Let us know this request when booking.

  • Self check-in

    During the low season we are open for self-check-in. You will receive instructions for check-in sent via SMS and e-mail on the day of arrival.

  • Payment

    We are a cashless business and accept payment via debit card online or on site. When booking online, the specified payment card will be charged on the day of arrival. Receipt is sent to the specified e-mail address.

    When booking over the phone with a receptionist, you will receive a separate e-mail with instructions for entering a debit card for your booking. You do this through a secure external payment service called Stripe. Payment card must be stated within 24 hours from the time of booking.

  • Breakfast

    Vi serverar frukost i vår servering på på entréplan i form av frukostbuffé mellan kl 07-09.30 på vardagar och kl 08-10 på helger och helgdagar. Meddela eventuell matallergi vid bokning.

  • Groups & Companies

    Special conditions apply for company bookings and for groups of at least 10 persons. Contact booking@ystadstation.com for quote.

  • Children & Extra beds

    Needs for extra beds must be confirmed by us before arrival. There are limited options for this option. Maximum one (1) extra bed/baby cot per room.

    Barn 0-2 år bor gratis vid användning av befintliga sängar.
    Barn 0-2 år kan hyra babysäng för 150 SEK/natt.
    Barn 2-10 år som sover i förälders säng debiteras 150 SEK/natt (gäller 1 barn/rum).
    Barn över 10 år eller vuxen debiteras 350 SEK/natt per person i extra säng.

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellation can be made free of charge until 18:00 two days before arrival. Cancellations later than above will be charged for the first night. If a guest does not show up or does not hear from them, 100% of the booking value will be charged.

    Cancellation of rooms booked for a weekly fee must be canceled no later than 7 days before arrival, after which the entire booking value will be charged.

    Studio apartment can be canceled free of charge no later than 4 days before arrival.

  • Pets

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Bicycles

    We can offer locked storage for your bike, which costs 100 SEK/bike and stay. This must be stated when booking. There are stirrups to lock the bike in outside the property, borrowed free of charge. Please note that bicycles may NOT be brought into our premises.

  • Parking

    Public parking is available directly adjacent to the property. Parking fees can be paid with mobile phone app or parking machine.
